You've Overreacted Again...Now What?

Learn to Stay Calm and Centered in Every Situation

You go back to the same information over and over, pull out your manuals, notes, journal and revisit the techniques. You know that it’s possible to stay in control, but the next thing you know you are yelling at your kids or flipping off the senior driver going 35 mph when the speed limit is 50 mph.

You feel hopeless, tired, burnt out and embarrassed that you are still letting others get under your skin. Deep down you know there is something you’re not seeing, but you fear that you’re wrong and that YOU are the problem.

It doesn’t have to be this way!

What if you could finally change the way you feel even when you yell at your kids, feel like a failure at work, or believe that people don’t like you?

What if you could stay calm even when the house is a mess, you make a mistake at work, or you don’t get invited to happy hour with your friends?

What if all the self-help books, seminars, and workshop information started to sink in and you were finally able to stand up for yourself, stop putting yourself down, or start that business you always dreamed of?

What if you could finally get past that negative voice in your head and really know how great you are, how much you have to offer, and feel confident to speak up in life?

Do any of these sound familiar:

  • You're having a good day at work when someone criticizes something you did and sends you into a tailspin,

  • Your partner complains about what you made for dinner and you want to kill them,

  • Your child speaks to you disrespectfully and you lose it,

  • Someone comments on your appearance and it feels like you’ve been stabbed with a knife,

  • Your best friend tells you how much she loves the work she does and you feel a heavy weight on your chest because you hate your job.

This is where I come in.

I’m a Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT) and hypnosis coach who helps people that feel depressed, anxious, or who don’t know what they want to do with their lives. They have tried a lot of things to stop the pain, feel better, or find their purpose but can’t seem to make the changes stick. I help them find the root of why they feel hopeless, fearful, or lost so they can feel lighter and fully enjoy their lives.

As a result of this session:

  • You’ll be able to recognize when criticism is taking you off course so that you can stop the downward spiral and stay in the driver’s seat,

  • You’ll be able to separate other people's opinions from what you are doing and know that it’s not your job to please everyone,

  • If you are a parent, you’ll have compassion for your child’s frustrations and understand that it’s not personal,

  • You’ll see where you're stopping yourself from doing what you love so that you can start creating a plan to do work you love.

You’ve Overreacted Again...Now What? includes:

Change starts here:

You’ll answer a few questions about where you have struggled in the past. Your answers will give us a place to focus our time and energy to get the best results and insight from your session.

Let’s dig in:

We’ll meet for a 90-minute session to really dig into the places where you struggle. You’ll learn a new approach to help you uncover what lies beneath the feelings that cause you to overreact, so that you can release those old, knee jerk reactions. You’ll finally feel in control and leave the session knowing why you go off course in specific situations and have the tools to move through life knowing that you can remain calm.

Practice makes perfect:

After our call I will send you a worksheet to utilize whenever difficult situations come up. This tool will allow you to take charge of any challenge you encounter. You’ll be able to uncover what’s going on within you, move through it, and really feel empowered to respond instead of react.

Fine Tuning:

After you have had a chance to practice on your own for one week, we’ll talk again for 30 minutes to discuss what you have learned while trying this on your own. At this point you’ll have had the opportunity to understand your reactions in a number of situations. We’ll talk about what worked and what didn’t and I’ll help clarify any areas where you might feel stuck. Bring any questions that you may have so that you can feel confident going forward.

By the end of this program, you will have tools you need to take control of your life and finally be the powerful person that you know you are. You’ve already done a great job getting to this point, and now it’s time to really let yourself shine.
