A few things to understand prior to listening to this recording:

  • You must listen to the recording everyday for at least 21 days. It takes 21 days to develop a new habit, so this is very important.

  • Your mind listens to the words you tell it and acts upon those words. Do you tell other people that you have a bad memory or do you talk about getting older often? If so, STOP! We are our own worst enemies in the aging process and make it worse by focusing on it. Instead, notice and talk about what you want in your life and you will notice a shift over time.

  • Listening to the recording is different than a Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT) session. This recording can help improve your memory, but in order to transform your memory or anything else in your life, you need to know the root cause of why you have it. An RTT session will take you back to times in your past where you adopted beliefs about yourself that are no longer serving you. Once these beliefs are extracted from your subconscious mind in hypnosis, you are then taken through a process to release those beliefs. The recording is the final part of the session that is used to reprogram your mind to the new beliefs over the 21 day period.

  • There are two recording files, one has music and one does not. Feel free to select either or both.
